Song Da 6.04 JSC announces management changes as follows:

- Mr. Ho Sy Hung has been selected Director and representative for VND 800 million of Song Da 6 JSC’s equity in Song Da 6.04 JSC in place of Mr. Le Viet Hai with effect since 25/3/2009.

- Mr. Le Kim Huu has been voted member of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Doan Binh Long since 25/3/2009.
