Vincom Securities Joint Stock Company (VINCOMSC) has informed of personnel change as follows:

1. Change of Chairman of the BOD:

- Appointing Mr. Le Khac Hiep to chairman of the BOD instead of Mr. Dinh Quang Nuong.

- Reason: Mr. Dinh Quang Nuong has resigned the position of chairman of the BOD as well as member of the BOD.

2. Appointing Mr. Nguyen The Anh to member of the BOD.
