Song Da No.25 JSC announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

- Mr. Ha Manh Hoat has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 21/1/2009

- Mr. Le Xuan Toan has been appointed Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Hoat with effect since 21/1/2009.

These changes will be approved in 2009 annual general meeting of shareholders.
