MSG: Change of chairman and members of the BOD

Morgan Stanley Gateway Securities Incorporation (MSG) has changed chairman and members of the BOD as follows:

* Appointing Ms. Kate Richdale to chairman of the BOD instead of Mr. Greg James Terry

* Appointing Mr. Trinh Hai Bang to member of the BOD instead of Mr. Bruce Bromberg.

Reason: Mr. Greg James Terry and Mr. Bruce Bromberg have resigned due to their personal reasons.
