HaSTC notices the record date for Dividend Payment as follows:

- Record date: 10/12/2008
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 08/12/2008
+ For T+2 transactions: 09/12/2008
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 08,09/12/2008)
- Reasons: Dividend payment for 10 first months in 2008
- Exercise rate: 12.5% (shareholders receive VND 1,250 for every share they own)

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of PLC on 09/12, 10/12, 11/12/2008.
