SSI: Adjusting the business license

Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI) has informed of adjusting its business license as follows:

On November 26th 2008, the State Securities Commission officially approved of adjusting the business license of Sai Gon Securities Incorporation with the content:

The company is allowed to do the following businesses:

* Customers trading

* Proprietary trading

* Underwriting

* Securities investment advisory

Investment portfolio management of securities companies has not been permitted to do under stipulation in the Securities Law effective from January 1st 2008. Therefore, SSI has transferred this kind of business to SSIAM – its subsidiary from end of 2007.
