PIT: Resolution of BOD

Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company (PITCO) has informed of resolution of BOD as follows:

* Approving the package 3 of constructing factory and some other parts – the project of Petrolimex paint manufacturing factory.

* Authorizing the BOD to do a bid for the package 3.

* Approving of purchasing equipment for two production lines of water paint and oil paint - the project of Petrolimex paint manufacturing factory. The BOD authorizes the Director General to sign a contract addendum with Profarb I SP.ZO.O. company (Poland) to buy the equipment.
