TNC: Resolution of BOD

Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company (TRC) has informed of resolution of BOD as follows:

Article 1: Approving of releasing warehouse and withdrawing capital of Phuoc Trung wood processing factory in order to avoid bigger losses.

Article 2: Approving of liquidating rubber trees on the area of 96.68 hectares in the farm No.2 in order to re-cultivate them for 2009. Processing wood is more profitable more than selling rubber trees.

Article 3: Adujusting the 2008 plan as follows:

* Total sales: VND168,160,000,000

* Profit before tax: VND8,500,000,000

* Sales of SVR3L latex: 1,100 tons – average selling price: VND33,300,000/ton
