HaSTC notices the record date for Dividend Payment of the following company:
- Name of the issuer: Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing JSC
- Stock code: CTB
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: common stock
- Record date: 10/12/2008
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 08/12/2008
+ For T+2 transactions: 09/12/2008
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 08,09/12/2008)
- Reasons: Dividend payment for the first tiem in 2008 by cash
- Exercise rate: 7% (shareholders receive VND 700 for every share they own)
- Expected exercise date: 29/12/2008
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
