IBK moves Representative Office to Hanoi
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), on December 3, 2008, issued Decision No. 2953/NHNN-CNH to permit the Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) to move its Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi.
Under the Decision, IBK needs to rename its Representative Office in accordance with the SBV decision; complete procedures to register its operations with the Hanoi People’s Committee and start its operations in line with the current regulations.
IBK is headquartered at No. 50, UI chiro 2 - ga, Chung - gu, Seoul, Korea and its Representative Office has been operating in Ho Chi Minh City under License No 10/GP-NHNN issued by SBV on November 13, 2005.
