TNC: Violation of insider trading

Mr. Nguyen Nhat Thanh Lam who is a member of the Supervisory Board of Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company (TRC) bought 7,000 TNC shares from 25/09/2008 to 21/10/2008 without announcement.

On October 22nd 2008, HOSE sent an official document to require him to give an explanation on this matter.
