LUT: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating income in QIII - 2008

According to the Financial Statement Quarter III/2008, revenue is VND 24,466,205,560 and net income is VND 3,525,279,459 with the increase of 14.58% and 98.23% respectively compared to Quarter II/2008. Luong Tai Construction JSC explained the increase in operating income in QIII/ 2008 as follows:

-         Luong Tai Construction JSC pushed up the implementation, checked and took over the present projects.

-         The price of raw materials decreased by 3% to 5%, so the expenses decreased as well.

-         Expenses for renting machines decreased thanks to the use of available equipment.
