HaSTC notices record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 10/11/2008
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 06/11/2008
+ For T+2 transactions: 07/11/2008
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 06/11/2008 and 07/11/2008)
- Reasons:
1. First dividend payment in 2008
+ Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 29/12/2008
2. Seasoned issue
+ Issuing method: Placing with outstanding shareholders.
+ Exercise rate: 1:1 (shareholders are entitled to buy 1 new share for every share they own)
+ Offering price: VND 15,000 per share
+ Time for transfer of share purchase rights: from 26/11/2008 to 18/12/2008
+ Time for registration and money deposit for share purchase: from 26/11/2008 to 23/12/2008.
+ Share purchase rights can only be transferred once. In case not all shares are purchased, remained shares will be allocated to other buyers with offering price of VND 17,000/share and be under transfer restriction within 1 year. Shares purchased by outstanding shareholders are under no transfer restriction.
Place:
- For deposited shares: Shareholders receive dividend and register for share purchase at securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: Shareholders receive dividend and register for share purchase at DABACO VIET NAM CORPORATION on working days (from Monday to Saturday). ID card is required.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of VNR on 07/11, 10/11 and 11/11/2008.
