PNC: No change of the share issuance

Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation (PNC) has informed of resolution of shareholders’ meeting under a ballot as follows:

The company will not change the issuance of additional shares. The issuance will be implemented in accordance with the content of the shareholders’ meeting which was passed on March 22nd 2008.
