JPMorgan Chase N.A. Bank permitted to increase branch charter capital
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.2266/QD-NHNN on October 8th , 2008 to permit JPMorgan Chase N.A. Bank to increase its branch charter capital in Ho Chi Minh City from US$ 17 million to US$ 27 million.
The Branch is required to register and publicize its new capital in accordance with the Vietnamese law.
This Decision is an integral part of License No.09/NHNN-GP issued by the SBV Governor for JPMorgan Chase N.A. Bank’s Branch in Ho Chi Minh City on July 27th , 1999.
