TAC: Resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting
On September 10th, 2008, Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint-stock Company (Stock symbol: TAC) hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting. The following issues were adopted at the meeting:
Article 1: The Board of Directors (BOD) appointed Mr. Duong Tien Duc as a BOD member for the term 2007 – 2011.
Vote result:
* Ayes: 10,475,050 shares (75.92 %)
* Noes: 2,238,140 shares (16.22 %)
* Other opinions: 1,076,980 shares (7.81 %)
Mr. Duong Tien Duc is a member of the Board of Directors as of June 30th, 2008.
Article 2: The Board of Directors (BOD) appointed Mr. Huynh Van Nho as a BOD member for the term 2007 – 2011.
Vote result:
* Ayes: 10,459,680 shares (75.81 %)
* Noes: 2,253,340 shares (16.33 %)
* Other opinions: 1,077,150 shares (7.81 %)
Mr. Huynh Van Nho is a member of the Board of Directors as of June 30th, 2008.
Article 3: The Board of Directors (BOD) appointed Ms. Dang Thi Thu as the CEO.
Vote result:
* Ayes: 10,497,620 shares (76.08 %)
* Noes: 2,213,680 shares (16.04 %)
* Other opinions: 1,077,150 shares (7.81 %)
Ms. Dang Thi Thu is the CEO as of July 23rd, 2008.
