TS4: Contract with Sacomreal-S

Seafood Joint-Stock Company No4 (SEAPRIEXCO No.4) has informed of signing a brokerage contract of selling high-class apartments in Orient Apartment with Sacomreal-S as follows:

Orient Apartment is located at 331 Ben Van Don, Ward 1, Dist.4, HCMC. It has total area of 3,300 m2  including 17 storeys and 180 apartments. At present, it is in the progress of building basement and expected to put into operation at the end of 2009. The brokerage contract is implemented within 6 months with volume of 100 apartments.
