DPM: Resolution of shareholders’ meeting
Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Joint stock Company (PVFCCo) has informed of resolution of shareholders’ meeting under the method of doing a ballot as follows:
1. Change of BOD members
* Appointing Mr Nguyen Xuan Thang to be member of the BOD instead of Mr Dinh Huu Loc.
* Appointing Mr Pham Thanh Vinh to be member of the BOD instead of Mr Hoang Xuan Hung.
* Appointing Mr Tu Cuong to be member of the BOD instead of Ms Vu Thi Chon.
* Appointing Mr Doan Minh Man to be member of the BOD instead of Mr Luu Quang Lam.
The BOD was unanimous to appoint Mr Nguyen Xuan Thang to be chairman of the BOD.
2. Relocation of the head office of PVFCCo:
New address: Gemadept Building, 2Bis – 4 – 6 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist.1, HCMC.
