NTL: LIDECO to buy back stock

From 09/19/2008 to 12/19/2008, September Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LIDECO) will buy back 300,000 shares to raise the number of treasury shares from no shares at present to 300,000 shares. The trading will be made by the order matching method.
