Hoa Sen Group: Listing shares is approved in principle

Pursuant to Official Document No.1846/SGDHCM-NY dated September 11, 2008 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Hoa Sen Group was approved in principle to list 57,038,500 shares on the exchange. The company will fulfill necessary documents soon to complete the procedure.
