HOSE announces the record date for the shareholder list as follows:

Purposes:
I. Offering shares to existing shareholders:
* Apportion ratio: 1:1
* Exercise ratio: 1:1.5 (on the record date, a existing shareholder who owns 1 share will recieve 1 right; 1 right has right to buy 1.5 shares. The additionally-issued shares is rounded in tens)
* Issuing price: VND15,000/share
For exapmle: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 245 shares will have right to buy 245 x 1.5 = 367.5 shares. After being rounded in tens, he actually buys 360 shares at VND15,000/share.
- Transference regulations:
+ Transference time: from October 10th 2008 to November 4th 2008.
+ Transference principle: the right should be transferred only once and not done again to the third one.
- Regulations of shares offered to existing shareholders:
+ The shares are transferable.
+ Buying period: from October 10th 2008 to November 6th 2008
+ The fractional parts and the shares which shareholders refuse to exercise their right will be offered to others at the price not less than the one to existing shareholders.
