All relevant ministries and localities take immediate measures to stop all smuggling activities in oil and petrol across the border areas.
This is confirmed in an official document released by the Central Guiding Board 127.
Accordingly, the provinces with sea and inland borders should quickly form special mission units to inspect the business of oil and petrol and stop all smuggling oil and petrol activities and violations must be given due punishment.
The Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Defence should give guidance to their forces in charge to wipe out all oil smuggling rings along the borders.
The Ministry of Trade and Industry should collaborate with all forces in charge in in border provinces to further inspect and monitor petrol sale at filling stations near the border areas.
It is requested that businesses engaged in exporting and importing petrol and oil should have responsibility for signing contracts on direct supply of oil and petrol to filling stations in the border areas in conformity with the volume announced by Departments of Trade and Industry.
