For state-owned groups, eight of them have reported cancelling and halting 35 projects worth VND602.7 billion ($37.6 million).
43 of 64 provinces and cities have reported cancelling and halting 888 projects, equivalent to 15% of their total investment capital registered in early 2008. The remaining have not reported to the MPI under the guidance of the government.
