Standardised estate floors to be opened

Some agencies have asked for the Ministry of Construction’s permission to open standardised real estate transaction floors on a trial basis.

The petition is supported by the Construction Ministry. According to Deputy Construction Minister Nguyen Tran Nam, the establishment of standardised real estate floors is among the ways to significantly restructure the real estate market.

According to the Ministry, standardised real estate floors will help make all transactions transparent and the real estate market healthy. This is also a middle step in creating a common organisation and structure for all real estate floors in the country.

The Ministry of Construction will assign the Housing and Real Estate Market Management Agency to support the building and conduction of standardised real estate floors.
