DPM: Change of business model

Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Joint stock Company (PVFCCo) has informed of the change of its business model as follows:

The company has official transformed its business model into PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (short name: PVFCCo).

Supplemented business: real estate, products of agriculture and forestry, roadway and seaway transport, process of petrol products and mineral, vocational training.

Chartered capital: VND3,800 billion.
