Viet Nam International Securities Co profits big
The Viet Nam International Securities Company announced yesterday it earned VND30 billion in profits in the first nine months of the year, equal to a return on equity (ROE) rate of 27 per cent.
"The performance is positive for new companies such as ours, which just began operations last November," said general director Dang Doan Kien.
Customers have opened around 5,000 trading accounts with VISecurities. Viet Nam Shipping Corp, Viet Nam Electricity Corp and HCM City Infrastructure Investment Company are among its customers for the financial consultancy service.
Yesterday, VISecuries inaugurated its third facility at ITAXA building, 126 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, where the networking equipment and trading system were designed and provided by Cisco System and IBM.
VISecurities runs a head office in Ha Noi and another branch at 63 A Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street in HCM City.
