HoSE announces the record date for shareholder list as follows:

I. Additional issuance of stock:
Issuing volume: 3,585,000 shares
Purpose: restructure capital, supplement liquid capital, decrease debt, and deploy long-term investment projects such as: expand the project of the company at Que Vo-Bac Ninh; invest into 2 production lines of Compact light.
1. Offer to existing shareholders: 3,345,000 shares
Apportion ratio: 1:1 (a shareholder who owns 1 share will have 1 right)
Exercise ratio: 2,367:1 (a shareholder who owns 2,367 rights can buy 1 new share)
The number of additional shares are rounded in unit. The fractional parts and the shares which shareholders refuse to exercise their right will be offered to other objects at the price not less than the one to existing shareholders.
For example: on the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 150 shares will have right to buy 150 : 2,367 = 63.37shares. After being rounded, he actually buys 63 shares.
Issuing price: not less than 40% of the average price in 5 consecutive days before the ex-right date.
The right should be transferred only once and not done again to the third one. The additional shares are not limited to transfer.
Transference period: from October 26th 2007 to November 20th 2007.
Time for registering and depositing money to purchase the shares: from October 26th 2007 to November 22nd 2007
Estimated trading date: December 20th 2007
Offer to employees: 240,000 shares
Issuing volume: 120,000 shares (shares are for rewarding employees under the resolution of shareholders’ meeting 2006)
