- 1989: Established under the name Duc Giang Garment Production and Service Enterprise, under the Union of garment manufacturing and exporting, Ministry of Light Industry.
- 1992: Renamed as Duc Giang Garment Company;
- 13 September 2005: Ministry of Industry issued the Decision No.2882/QD-TCCB on equitizing and transforming Duc Giang Garment Company into Duc Giang Garment Joint Stock Company;
- 14 October 2005: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) was launched with average winning bid of VND10,200 per share;
- 28 December 2005: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND51,855,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.0100101403 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;
- 2007: Tr? thành công ty d?i chúng;
- 12 December 2008: Transformed into Duc Giang Corporation put into operation under the model of parent company - subsidiary;
- 30 May 2016: Charter capital was raised to VND61,81 billion.
- 06 November 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
- December 10, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND88.99 billion.
- December 23, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND89.99 billion.
