- 23 December 2010: Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2660/QD-UBND on transforming Thua Thien Hue Construction Company into Thua Thien Hue Construction Joint Stock Company;
- 05 January 2011: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND126 billion;
- 2015: Charter capital was increased to VND138.6 billion;
- 2016: Charter capital was increased to VND152.46 billion;
- 18 December 2018: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- 26 February 2019: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE); |
