- June 2001: Ca Mau Public Works Company was merged into Minh Hai Water Supply Company which was then renamed as Ca Mau Water Supply, Drainage and Public Works Company;

- June 2010: Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee transformed Ca Mau Water Supply, Drainage and Public Works Company into Ca Mau Water Supply, Drainage and Public Works One-Member Limited Company;

- 12 October 2015: Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1505/QD-UBND on approving the equitization plan of Ca Mau Water Supply, Drainage and Public Works One-Member Limited Company;

- 26 November 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with successfully offered quantity of 1,495,000 shares and average winning bid of VND10,010 per share;

- 02 February 2016: Shareholders' meeting was successfully held for the first time;

- 17 February 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND155,349,000,000;

- 19 July 2016: Became a public company;

- 10 April 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
