- 2001: Dong Anh 382 Ceramic Company was merged into Tu Son Ceramic Company under the decision No 1414/QD-BXD of the Minister of Construction;

- 2003: Dong Anh Ceramic Construction Company was separated from Tu Son Ceramic Company to equitize under the decision No 1207/QD-BXD of the Minister of Construction;

- 2014: The company was operated as a joint stock company;

- 2006: The company's stock was officially listed on HNX;

- 2007: The company was renamed as Viglacera Tu Son Joint Stock Company and increased chartered capital from VND10 billion to VND11.1 billion;

- 2008: Increased the charter capital to VND12.9 billion;

- 2011: Increased the charter capital to VND20 billion;
