- 05 January 1994: Thi Nai Port State-owned Enterprise was established under the Decision No.47/QD-UBND issued by Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee; - 08 July 2008: Became a member under Binh Dinh Production Investment Service Import Export Company under the Decision No.398/QD-CTUBND issued by Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee; - Ngày 09/10/2009: Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2598/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Thi Nai Port into Thi Nai Port Joint Stock Company; - 18 November 2009: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with an offered quantiy of 1,411,900 shares and a average winning bid of VND10,083 per share; - 01 January 2010: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND71 billion under the business registration certificate No.4100259282 issued by Binh Dinh Department of Planning and Investment; - 17 August 2011: Became a public company under the Document No.2578/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam; - 01 November 2012: Charter capital was raised up to VND71 billion under the business registration certificate No.4100259282 amended for the first time by Binh Dinh Department of Planning and Investment; - 23 December 2016: Traded on UPCOM market; |
