- May 2005: Construction of An Diem II Hydropower Plant with a capacity of 15.6 MW was commenced;

- 2007: Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.5 divested and transferred its capital to Civil Engineering Construction Joint Stock Company No.586;

- 14 July 2009: Charter capital was raised to VND143 billion;

- October 2010: An Diem II Hydropower Plant came into operation to generate commercial electricity;

- 29 June 2012: Charter capital was raised to VND148,206,625,000;

- 28 December 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
