- 15 February 2011: Renamed as Sanna Beverage Plant under Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company;

- 26 December 2015: Transformed into Sanna Khanh Hoa Beverage One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.2340/QD-YS issued by Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company;

- 12 September 2017: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Sai Gon - Ha Noi Securities Joint Stock Company with average winning bid of VND11,108 per share;

- 16 November 2017: Transformed into Sanna Khanh Hoa Beverage Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND50 billion under the business registration certificate No.201675930 amended for the first time by Khanh Hoa Department of Planning and Investment;

- 09 April 2018: Became a public company;

- 10 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
