- Founded based on Decision No 3005/QD-CHK on December 30. 2004 of the director of The Aviation Administration of Vietnam, SAGS was transferred from The Aiviation Service Center, being a member of Vietnam Airports. - May 16, 2008: SAGS was established again according to Decision No 002/QD-TCTCHKMN of The Southern Airports Authority SAA. - September 15, 2010: The company was founded once again under Decision No 55/QD-TCTCHKMN of the chairman of SAA, being the dependant accounting unit of the Parent company namely SAA. - 2012: SAGS was a dependant accounting unit of the Airports Corporation of Vietnam ACV and founded again based on Decision No 138/QD-HDTV of the chairman of ACV. - 2013: The company was transferred into Co., Ltd and officially worked under this model from January 06, 2014. - October 30, 2014: The company was transferred into JSC according to Decision No 4127/QD-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport. - December 31, 2014: With the initial chartered capital of VND 140,508 billion, the company was known as Saigon Ground Services JSC. - November 13, 2015: The company's stocks were approved to be posted up on UPCoM with the ticker SGN. - December 10, 2015: The first trading day of SGN on UPCoM with the closing price at the ending session of VND 70.000 per stock. - 27 July 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND239,959,520,000; - 04 July 2018: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE); - 01 August 2018: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE); - 20 June 2019: Charter capital was raised up to VND335,816,910,000; |
