- In 1984: Vinh Freshwater factory was separated from Vinh freshwater company. - In 1986: the company installed an assembly line of producing fresh, canned and bottled beer named SOLAVINA. - In 1987: renamed to Nghe Tinh beer factory. - In 1992: renamed to Nghe An beer factory. - In 1993: The company installed DanBrew's assembly line with the capacity of 3 million litres beer per year. - 05 February 1994: The company gave VIDA (Viet Nam - Dan Mach) brand public. - In 1996: The company invested to raise the capacity and was renamed to Nghe An Bia company. - March 2001: The company went public with the charter capital of VND33.5 billion and was renamed to Nghe An beer JSC. - March 2006: The company become a subsidiary of SABECO and it was renamed to Sai Gon - Nghe An Beer JSC. - 15 September 2006: Sai Gon - Nghe An beer JSC merged with Sai Gon - Ha Tinh beer JSC. It was renamed to Sai Gon - Nghe Tinh beer JSC with the charter capital of VND105 billion. - 2007 - 2009: The company invested to raise Sai Gon - Nghe An beer facotory's capacity to 50 million litres per year and Sai Gon - Ha Tinh beer factory's capacity to 15 million litres per year. - 2012: Became a public company. - 26 December 2016: Traded on UPCOM market; |
