- 14 October 1994: Tu Liem Urban Environment Enterprise was established under the Decision No.2573/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee; - August 1995: Came into operation; - 01 April 2014: Became a Tu Liem Urban Environment Enterprise Branch under Hanoi Urban Environment Limited Company; - 31 December 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an average winning bid of VND10,000 per share; - 06 June 2015: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.2491/QD-UBND on transforming Tu Liem Urban Environment Enterprise Branch under Hanoi Urban Environment Limited Company into a joint stock company; - 06 July 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND60 billion under the business registration certificate No.0106893917 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment; - 30 December 2015: Became a public company; - 10 May 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market; |
