Main business scope  

- To exploit and supply fresh water in Tan An city and several industrial zones in the province. to produce bottled water.

- To work in specialized design (Including consulting, designing, to make an estimate for water pipe installing works for the purpose of water supply and drainage).

Milestones  

- 1956: The water supply enterprise, which was the predecessor of Long An water supply sewerage company was set up.

- November 21, 1992: The enterprise was renamed Long An water supply sewerage company according to the decision No. 1186.UB.QD.92 of Long An people's committee.

- 2007: Based on the decision No. 1214/QD-UBND on May 8, 2007 of Long An people's committee about ratifying the transferring project of the company into Long An water supply sewerage Co., Ltd.

- April 24, 2013: Long An people's committee made the decision No. 1429/QD-UBND to convert the working model of Long An water supply sewerage Co., Ltd.

- June 26, 2013: The compnay auctioned 3.199.900 stocks on Ho Chi Minh stock exchange.

- October 1, 2013: The company officially worked under form of JSC with the registered chatered capital of VND 135 billion ( The real chartered capital was VND 113.51 billion)

- April 23, 2015:The company was awarded certificate of business registration changed for the fourth time by Long An planning and investment department with the chartered capital of VND 122 billion.

- May 15, 2015: The company was approved to go public by the stock committee of the State.

- November 26, 2015: The company's stocks were approved to be posted up on UPCoM with the ticker of LAW.

- December 21, 2015: The first trading day of 12.200.200 stocks on UPCoM with the closing price of VND 11.800 per stock.
