- 21 December 1995: Chief of General Staff of Vietnam Military signed the Decision No.710/QD-TM on establishing Container Storage Yard under Saigon Military Port; - 21 December 2000: Marine Forces Command signed the Decision No.5967/QD-HQ on establishing Tan Cang Song Than Inland Clearance Depot (ICD) under Saigon Newport Company; - March 2007: Transformed into Tan Cang Song Than ICD One-member Limited Company with a charter capital of VND80billion as an independent accounting unit under the model of Parent Company-Subsidiary under Saigon Newport Corporation; - 15 October 2012: Charter capital was raised up to VND150 billion; - 04 June 2015: Ministry of National Defence issued the Decision No.2105/QD-BQP on equitizing and transforming Tan Cang Song Than ICD One-member Limited Company into Tan Cang Song Than ICD Joint Stock Company; - 28 March 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with an offered quantity of 960,694 shares and average winning bid of VND10,608 per share; - 01 June 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND120,086,720,000 under the business registration certificate No.3700785006 amended for the forth time by Binh Duong Department of Planning and Investment; - 26 August 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.5745/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam; - 05 January 2017: Traded on UPCOM market; |
