- 07 November 1979: Hoang Lien Son Ceramics Factory was established in accordance with the Decision No.38/TTg issued by the Prime Minister; - 29 December 1992: Re-established and renamed as Hoang Lien Son Technical Ceramics Company in accordance with the Decision No. 220/QD-UB issued by Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee; - 1993: Invested to increase production capacity to 750 tons products per year; - 2000: Invested to increase production capacity to 1,750 tons products per year; - 2004: Invested to increase production capacity to 2,750 tons per year; - 01 January 2004: Equitized and transformed into Hoang Lien Son Technical Ceramics Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND8,458,600,000 including 56% shares under the State's ownership; - 09 November 2007: The State capital ownership representative was transferred from Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee to Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group (currently Shipbuilding Industry Corporation - SBIC) with a charter capital of VND 8,791,072,495, including 54% shares under the State's ownership; - 30 May 2008: Charter capital was raised up to VND35 billion, including 51% shares under the State's ownership; - 14 August 2008: Became a public company; - 28 February 2009: Charter capital was decreased to VND29.74 billion; - 15 July 2010: Charter capital was raised up to VND34 billion; - 19 June 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND54,399,990,000; - 16 October 2017: Traded on UPCOM market; - 21 June 2018: Charter capital was raised up to VND65,279,560,000; - September 09, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND 81,599,210,000; - June 28, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND 96,286,340,000. |
