- January 1957: X30 Enterprise was established; - 1961: X30 Enterprise was transferred to Hanoi Department of Industry for its management; - 1967: Took over some companies while being renamed as Thuy Khue Rubber Factory; - 1970: Merged with Hanoi Canvas Shoes Enterprise; - August 1978: Thuong Dinh Canvas Shoes Enterprise was established on the basis of merging Hanoi Canvas Shoes Enterprise and the old Thuong Dinh Canvas Shoes Enterprise; - 1993: Renamed as Thuong Dinh Footwear Company; - July 2004: Ha Nam Export Leather Shoes Factory was established in Dong Van Industrial Park, Ha Nam province; - 26 July 2005: Transformed into Thuong Dinh Footwear One-member State-owned Limited Company under Hanoi City People's Committee in accordance with the Decision No.108/2005/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee; - 29 June 2011: Renamed as Thuong Dinh Footwear One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.3098/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee; - 08 June 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched successfully at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an offered quantity of 1,903,200 shares and an average winning bid of VND48,177 per share; - 25 May 2016: Shareholders' meeting was held for the first time to establish Thuongdinh Footwear Joint Stock Company; - 19 July 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND93 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100100939 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment; - 19 October 2016: Became a pubic company under the Document No.7048/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam; - 16 December 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market; |
