- 09 March 2006: Transformed into Construction Investment and Trading One-member Limited Company No.36 as the first one-member limited company in Vietnam Military under the Decision No.39/2006/QD-BQP issued by the Ministry of National Defence;

- 21 July 2008: Took over Works Construction Company No.56 under the Decision No.109/QD-BQP issued by the Ministry of National Defence;

- 23 August 2011: 36 Corporation was established and put into operation under the model of Parent company-Subsidiaries through restructuring Construction Investment and Trading One-member Limited Company No.36 under the Decision No.3036/QD-BQP issued by the Ministry of National Defence;

- 14 April 2016: 4.3 million shares were put up to auction at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an average winning bid of VND15,102.3 per share;

- 01 July 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint-stock company with a charter capital of VND430 billion under the business registration certificate No.0105454762 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 26 December 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- 16 August 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND936 billion;

- January 22, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND965,63 billion;
