- 22 December 1955: Viet Tri Public Services Unit was established under the Decision No.2127/QD-DS issued by Vietnam Railway Administration; - May 1965: Renamed as Railway Management Section No.6; - 24 June 1966: Ha Yen Bridge Road Section was established on the basis of Railway Management Section No.6 under the Decision No.129 TC/QD issued by Vietnam Railway Administration; - February 1979: Ha Lao Bridge Road Section was established through merging of Ha Yen Bridge Road Section and Yen Lao Bridge Road Section under the Decision No.105/TC-DS issued by Vietnam Railway Administration; - October 1983: Ha Lao Bridge Road Section was split into Hoang Lien Son Railway Management Enterprise and Vinh Phu Railway Management Enterprise under the Decision No.570 CB-TC issued by Vietnam Railway Administration; - 20 March 2003: Vinh Phu Railway Management Enterprise was renamed as Vinh Phu Railway Management Company; - 29 June 2010: Transformed into Vinh Phu Railway Management Limited Company under the Decision No.717/QD-DS issued by Vietnam Railways Corporation; - 30 October 2015: Ministry of Transport issued the Decision No.3898/QD-BGTVT on approving the plan of equitizing Vinh Phu Railway Management Limited Company into Vinh Phu Railway Joint Stock Company; - 07 December 2015: 61,479 shares were successfully offered at the Initial Public Offering (IPO) with an average winning bid of VND10,000 per share; - 31 December 2015: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND 12,295,790,000; - Since 02 December 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market; |
