- 10 October 1988: Hochiminh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.205/QD-UB on the establishment of Tourist Service Branch under District 11 People's Committee; - 01 January 1989: Came into operation; - 17 August 1990: Hochiminh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.287/QD-UB on the approval of the plan to transform District 11 Tourist Service Branch into Phu Tho Tourist Service Company under District 11 People's Committee; - 05 January 1993: Hochiminh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.5518/QD-UB on the establishment of Phu Tho Tourist Service State-owned Company on the basis of CPhu Tho Tourist Service Company; - 26 May 2006: Hochiminh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.2397/QD-UBND on transforming Phu Tho Tourist Service State-owned Company into Phu Tho Tourist Service One-member Limited Company; - 30 November 2015: Hochiminh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.6321/QD-UBND on the approval of the plan to equitize and transform Phu Tho Tourist Service One-member Limited Company under Saigon Tourist Company into a joint stock company; - 31 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND12,347 per share; - 21 May 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND1,186,840,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.0301074118 amended for the 12th time by Hochiminh City Department of Planning and Investment; - 04 January 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.46/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC); - 17 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market; |
