- 14 October 1992: Dong Nai Sand Exploiting Enterprise was established; - 27 December 1996: Dong Nai Sand Exploiting Company was established with a charter capital of VND7,579,443,803 through merging of Dong Nai Sand Exploiting Enterprise, Vinh An Building Materials Production Enterprise and Long Thanh Construction and Building Materials Company under the Decision No.6157/QD-UBT issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee; - 1998: Invested in 1 concrete batching plant with a capacity of 120m3/h; - 2000: Invested in Long Thanh Tunnel Brick Factory with a capacity of 20 million standard pieces per year; - 12 May 2005: Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1842/QD-CT-UBT on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Dong Nai Sand Exploiting Company into Dong Nai Material and Building Invesment Joint Stock Company; - 29 September 2005: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with actual charter capital of VND88.34 billion; - 2009: Licence was granted for exploitation of Tan Cang 5 rock quarry; - 2013: Licence was granted for exploitation of Thien Tan 5 rock quarry-Phase 1; - Since 09 November 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market; |
