- 04 June 1981: Formerly known as Construction Mechanical Engineering Plant under Construction Company No.7 was established and put into operation in major maintenance of construction vehicles and machineries; - 1990: Started to produce Fibrocement panels; - 1996: Started to produce Ceramic tiles; - 28 October 1999: COSEVCO Ceramic Tiles Company was established through reorganization of 2 subordinate units under the Central Construction Corporation, including Danang Ceramic Tiles Plant and Cosevco Danang Cement Plant under the Decision No.1314/QD-BXD issued by Ministry of Construction; - 26 December 2006: Ministry of Construction issued the Decision No.1783/QD-BXD on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming COSEVCO Ceramic Tiles Company into a joint stock company; - 17 January 2007: Tranformed into COSEVCO Ceramic Tiles Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND26 billion; - 03 May 2007: Became a public company; - 2009: Charter capital was increased to VND50 billion; - 2013: Charter capital was increased to VND65 billion; - 08 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market; |
