-          Chairman of the Board of Members: Mr. Nguyen Anh Thai

 2. To convene the 2022 Annual General Meeting and make the second dividend payment for 2021 (10%):

-          Record date: March 25, 2022

-          Meeting date: April 23, 2022

-          Payment date: April 14, 2022.
