On March 04, 2022, the BOD of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approving the result of share public offering:

-          Registered offering volume: 11,000,000 shares

-          Total distributed shares: 11,000,000 shares; Of which:

+ To offer shares to existing shareholders: 10,772,419 shares

+ To offer the undistributed shares to other investors: 227,581 shares

-          Total shares after the issuance: 23,075,000 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 23,075,000 shares

Number of treasury shares: 0 share.

2. Approving the change of Business Registration Certificate and the company’s charter with new charter capital of VND230,750,000,000.
