DC4: Signing a construction contract with Laimian

According to the Board resolution dated March 01, 2022, the Board of Directors of DIC Holdings Construction JSC unanimously approved to sign a contract with the general contractor Laimian Co., Ltd. to receive the bidding package for structural and rough construction of 70 shophouses in Laimian Project.

-          Contract value: VND132,000,000,000 (VAT included)

-          Construction period: 210 days

-          Location: Nhon Ly commune, Quy Nhon city and Cat Chanh commune, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province.
