GTN: The record date for stock swap

On February 23, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.280/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company (stock code: GTN) as follows:

-        Record date: March 09, 2022

-        Purpose: to exchange GTN shares for VLC shares of Vietnam Livestock Corporation JSC

-        Swap ratio: 1.6:1 (Those who own 1.6 GTN shares will receive 01 VLC share)

-        The swapped shares will be rounded down to units; the odd-lot share less than 01 VLC share will be cancelled.

For the shares listed on HOSE:  

-          Delisting day on HOSE: March 08, 2022

-          Last trading day on HOSE: March 07, 2022.

-          As of March 08, 2022, GTN shares of GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company will be invalid for trading.
